[amsat-bb:68895] AO-40 Update, 2003-06

If you have been following the ALON/ALAT, you'll already know that we have
been nearly stuck in place for two weeks. The perigee eclipses have made
advancing ALON a very slow process. We are making small net gains and the
conditions will improve in the next few weeks. We are currently at
ALON/ALAT 345/0 and we should be closer to 0/0 by next week.

The passband has been lengthened to MA 180, and will be extended further
when we reach ALON = 350.
