[amsat-bb:66216] AO-40 Update, 2003-02-17



In order to keep the solar angle in the range of 30-35 degs, we have 
advanced ALON to 10 degrees.
The nominal ALON/ALAT is now 10/0 and will remain so for 7 to 10 days., 
when we will advance it slightly further.

To compensate for this change the passband and K-Tx windows have been 
modified as below:
