Preparation
On Feb 6th 2011,
I got the program ARISSatTLM-0.46 from development repositry and installed successfully into my Win2000 PC.
It seems to work fine for the one of sample wav files.

Of course I know, the MixW doesn't match for the BPSK-1000 encoding, however it's so good to see how comes down.
on Sunday afternoon, here is my quiet waterfall on 145.919MHz USB by MixW.
A red line on 500Hz is a marker I palced.
