[amsat-bb:64634] AO-40 Update 2002-12-22

The schedule has been modified slightly.

1. RUDAK, when active, is now on from MA 110 to 126 (same 72 min. interval
as before). This change is necessary to avoid interference with YACE image
downloading after apogee. There is no beacon during RUDAK time. The next
scheduled active RUDAK orbits are 988 and 989 (Amsat orbit number = 1 less
than NORAD) on 12/25 UTC.

2. The beacon is also off during perigee eclipses. Currently it will be
off from MA = 244 to 2
